PLEASE NOTE: UK ORDERS ONLY
1. We are a South Wales based company and only deliver to addresses within the UK at present. We are charged processing fees for every transaction so if you do place an order with us from outside the UK before messaging us then you will automatically incur a cancellation fee when we cancel your order. This does not apply to UK orders. We will be offering global postage services very soon please message us for individual global postal costs.
Our Happybag.com Returns Policy is currently undergoing an update and should be completed by 1st September 2024. Rest assured your rights are always protected - for that added peace of mind you can purchase goods & gift cards using Paypal and this payment method also protects you for all online purchases.

30 Day Returns
1. We will offer a full refund for any product that is not as described or faulty on arrival. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving goods that you wish to cancel an order. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us. We will offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back in its original unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note that we gopro photograph items condition before packing in case of postal damage disputes etc. We retain our photographic evidence for 6 months.
For change of mind returns please use recorded delivery within 30 days of purchase as we cannot accept liability for returned items lost in transit. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags attached. We will not accept returns for change of mind if a product has been used in any way.
PERSONALISED GOODS & GIFTS
1. Please note we cannot accept returns for Personalised Gifts due to customer error/spelling mistakes so please take a moment to thoroughly check spelling of names, dates etc before placing your order with us. We are able to amend any mistakes made by you if notified the same day.
2. We will immediately replace or refund you if we make any spelling errors.
3. Personalised gifts can take upto 14 days delivery time depending on busy periods
4. Bag sales: On arrival please check your bag function ie; zips, seams etc as we do not accept any liability for how a bag is washed, worn or used ie; carrying sharp objects etc. Please do not place items of value or sharp objects ie; House keys, wedding rings, mobile phones into economy bum bags.
5. We recommend using recorded delivery on postal damaged goods.
6. To date we have 100% customer satisfaction rate on our Tote Shopping Bags and Bum Bags and proudly boast zero returns in our 5th year of business.
POSTAGE
Tote Shopping Bags and Bum Bags are dispatched the same working day unless sorced due to stock levels, Delivery is normally within 3 to 5 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked services and/or Evri.

DELIVERIES
At Happybag.com we use various postal carriers to deliver your gifts. UK Deliveries usually take 3 to 7 days. Personalised gifts usually take around 7 - 10 days. We are also currently updating our global postage service to include global postage.
We do offer same day local delivery in Newport City and surrounding areas on most non personalised items. Please call or email us for further info before placing an order for same day delivery.
